A Riftbound online tournament, built by the community
Rift with Friends: Champion Classic is the first-ever Champion Classic, an online Riftbound cash tournament hosted by Rift with Friends, the Riftbound TCG podcast and casting crew, and sponsored by ORB Trading Cards. Players from across North America battle through six Swiss rounds before the Top 8 advance to a single elimination playoff, played online on TCG Arena with brackets and pairings on Battlefy, with live casting from the Rift with Friends team. All released sets (Sets 1–3) are legal and official Riftbound tournament rules apply.
All skill levels are welcome. If you have a deck and a Saturday, you are in.
How registration works
- Buy your $20 entry ticket from the ORB store. Grab it here.
- Check your email. We send a unique Battlefy join code to the email you used at checkout.
- Register on Battlefy with your code and join the event Discord for pairings and announcements.
- Check in on Battlefy on tournament day starting at 9:00 AM PT. You must check in to play. The tournament begins at 10:00 AM PT.
Buying a ticket does not auto-register you on Battlefy. Your join code email is your seat, so watch your inbox.
Cash prize pool
80% of every paid registration goes straight into the prize pool, paid out in cash. The more players register, the bigger the payout.
| PLACE | SHARE OF POOL |
|---|---|
| 1st | 32% |
| 2nd | 20% |
| 3rd – 4th | 13% each |
| 5th – 8th | 5.5% each |
Example: 50 paid entries puts $800 cash in the pool, with $256 to the champion. Payouts are handled by ORB after final standings are confirmed.
